Desired Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in data engineering, data strategy, or digital transformation roles
Proven track record leading a major data or digital transformation end-to-end
Strond data engineering fundamentals – deep understanding of how data is structured, organized, modeled, and managed Experience designing data operating models and enterprise data strategies
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake
AI and machine learning knowledge – ability to identify use cases, guide implementation, and embed ML capabilities into business processes
Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to drive execution across global, cross-functional teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – comfortable influencing without authority at all levels of the organization
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audience
