Data Support Analyst

Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join their team. As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will be part of the Operations and Business Support teams, supporting cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and other business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Transformation Analyst Location: Tempe, Arizona (On-Site) Pay Range What's the Job? • Support cross-functional initiatives by integrating and analyzing data from various sources such as Smartsheet, ERP systems, and operational databases. • Design and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with teams across departments to understand data needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows for efficiency. • Ensure data integrity, security, and quality across all reporting platforms while documenting processes and guidelines. What's Needed? • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Experience integrating Smartsheet and other cloud-based tools into BI platforms. • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
