Expereince: 8-10 years Contract-to-Hire role Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS and Snowflake. • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning. • Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting. • Exposure to SAP BODS and ability to support migrated workflows. • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). • Experience in production support, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Certifications in Informatica, Snowflake, or Oracle are a plus. • Experience in 24x7 support environments with shift-based operations.
