Connect to your opportunity This role requires a data and analytics subject matter expert to lead the development of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics Strategy and to implement and continuously evolve the technologies that enable the strategy. Responsibilities: Act as data and analytics subject matter expert to lead the development of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics strategy, building data models and advanced reporting capabilities that drive business insights and strategic decision making. Develop and deliver the talent acquisition data & analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment to broader HR Data & Analytics strategy including the longer term objectives around predictive analytics and AI-powered insights Project manage the implementation of technology solutions to drive forward the Data & Analytics Strategy - developing rich insights that enable Talent Acquisition to deliver a meaningful impact to the business Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives that drive action Coordinate the creation and delivery of ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualisation to communicate key insights to stakeholders Work with stakeholders across TA to gather requirements and ensure embedded into future strategy or operational plans support in the selecting, negotiating with, and management of vendors providing data & analytics services or tools. Build broad and deep relationships across a diverse network within Talent Acquisition, HR, and Enabling Functions, using a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact. Coordinate the workload of the TA aligned HR Management Information Analyst Ensure good quality and compliant data to drive future data & analytics approach and process automation Ensure strong governance of Talent Acquisition data and reports, including compliance with AI, data privacy, and retention standards Responsible for the central management and approval of data & analytics requests and management of data privacy approvals In a fast-changing external environment continuously develop knowledge and skills to remain at the forefront of data & analytics and its enabling technologies Maintain an agile approach, adapting to change effectively Connect to your skills and professional experience Previous experience as a data & analytics subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition/HR Knowledge and experience of building predictive models and advanced reporting capabilities that drive business insights and strategic decision making Strong influencing skills, to drive partnerships within TA, HR COEs and Technology teams to influence the direction of Data & Analytics for HR Technology and project management skills to implement and continuously evolve Data & Analytics enabling technologies Strong stakeholder management skills to gather requirements, influence and engage with a senior audience Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems Experience managing technology and data & analytics projects from inception to completion. Experience with data warehousing, visualisation tools and ETL processes. Experience presenting data insights to senior management. Experience with data governance and compliance.
