Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL and New York, NY. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: • Maintain our request intake platform/process for reporting requests • Oversee request prioritization routines with business partners to ensure priority requests are completed on time • Coordinate reporting deliverables supporting exams and audits • Ensure the timely resolution of exceptions related to data team processes • Define and oversee the development of new exception checks in order to ensure the health and metadata related to our data platform is kept current • Create a process for and ensure compliance with internal developer QA related to periodic reviews, creation of new reports/metrics and changes to existing reports/metrics • Develop and ensure compliance with standards and best practices for data import and transformation code creation • Create and manage transformation projects related to the conversion of existing data processes to leverage target state tools • Manage the metric and report Inventories for GMO • Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base • Commit to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change • Believe in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world Requirements: • 3+ years of project management experience • Strategic thought and execution in turning data into executive level consumable format • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously • Extreme attention to detail • Relationship management skills Desired skills: • Familiarity with global markets products and activities • Experience building reports and dashboards • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward • Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs is a continuous learner • Agile scrum experience Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
