3-month contract with potential to extend Top 3 Skills: Data Validation, Ad-hoc and experience managing data for Go-lives. 3-month contract with potential to extend On-site Emeryville, CA 94608 (most likely for go-lives) Job Summary The Data Analyst II will support enterprise-level Food & Nutrition Services initiatives during a critical execution period, including Delegate platform rollouts and large-scale insourcing efforts. This role is responsible for data preparation, validation, conversion, and performance reporting to ensure system readiness, operational accuracy, and on-time project delivery. The position is temporary and project-based, aligned to defined milestones. • Key ResponsibilitiesSupport enterprise implementations of the Delegate and CBORD (campus card, dining, and commerce systems—you’ll mostly see it at colleges, universities, hospitals, and corporate campuses) platforms, with a focus on data integrity and system readiness • Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and conversion across multiple facilities • Develop and maintain operational and performance reports to support go-live readiness and leadership decision-making • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Finance, Vendors) to ensure accurate data flow and reporting Identify data discrepancies, trends, and risks; recommend corrective actions • Provide ongoing reporting support during implementation and stabilization phases • Ensure compliance with internal data governance, security, and quality standards Support ad hoc data requests related to project execution and operational performance • Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in healthcare or large enterprise environments • Strong experience with data validation, reporting, and system implementations • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience working with large datasets • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Preferred:Experience with CBORD, Delegate, or similar healthcare/food service systems • Experience supporting enterprise rollouts or large-scale operational initiatives • Familiarity with healthcare operations, food & nutrition services, or support services environments On-site Emeryville, CA Job Summary The Data Analyst II will support enterprise-level Food & Nutrition Services initiatives during a critical execution period, including Delegate platform rollouts and large-scale insourcing efforts.
