About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technical Data Verification and Renewals Analyst (SalesForce) with a strong analytical mindset to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Salesforce Administration & Configuration:
β’ Perform essential administrative functions including user management (creating, deactivating, managing roles, profiles, and permissions).
β’ Assist in customizing and configuring Salesforce, including creating and modifying custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and basic automation (e.g., Process Builder, Flow).
β’ Maintain Salesforce system security and integrity, ensuring data compliance and appropriate access levels.
β’ Data Management & Quality:
β’ Perform in-depth verification and validation of datasets within Salesforce to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business rules.
β’ Assist with data imports, exports, cleansing activities, and de-duplication efforts to maintain high data integrity.
β’ Ingest, process, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring seamless integration into Salesforce.
β’ Support & Training:
β’ Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges promptly.
β’ Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials.
β’ Conduct basic training sessions for internal users to promote effective use and adoption of the Salesforce platform.
β’ Reporting & Analysis:
β’ Create, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
β’ Assist in investigative analysis of data discrepancies and anomalies, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
β’ Leverage Salesforce data to help interpret trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.
β’ Process Improvement:
β’ Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce to enhance efficiency and productivity.
β’ Stay updated with new Salesforce features and releases, recommending solutions to maximize platform utility.
Skills & Qualifications
β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Experience: up to 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role.
β’ Technical Skills:
β’ Foundational understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
β’ Familiarity with data manipulation tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Salesforce Data Loader).
β’ Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is strongly preferred, or a willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
β’ Analytical & Problem-Solving:
β’ Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve issues effectively.
β’ Strong investigative skills for identifying root causes of data issues.
