Data Visualization Developer III (Remote)
Primary Location: Remote
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Visualization Developer III (Remote) for our premier client.
Education And Experience Β»
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related topics - OR related business intelligence experience.
β’ Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Warehouse) - a plus.
Must Haves
β’ Software/Skills: Power BI, SQL, SSMS, Technical Product Ownership.
β’ 3-5 years relational databases and dimensional modeling.
β’ 5+ years business intelligence experience.
β’ 3+ years SSMS (SQL).
β’ Experience with data visualization tools, dashboard design techniques for effective data analysis and presentation (3+ Years of Power BI required, Tableau desired).
β’ Product management experience.
β’ Agile methodology experience.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Β»
β’ Ability to perform ad hoc analysis in excel and/or querying Azure SQL db.
β’ Ability to extract, grasp and translate business requirements in the full context of the clinical and quality efforts. Cite conflicts or ask questions for clarity.
β’ Ability to create consensus and check for understanding in large requirements meetings with multiple stakeholders.
β’ Ability to collaborate and bring clarity to initially vague requests.
β’ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
What Youβll Do
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Design systems/reporting that meet business needs.
β’ Lead execution of features within the Clinical Data Analytics Product Roadmap including development of reporting dashboards that are useful for operations and Quality professionals in reporting quality analytics and clinical outcomes to drive improvement in quality of care and services.
β’ Play a leading role and working with Data Engineering in data discovery, accessing and understanding relevant data, building datasets using software engineering best practices, data management fundamentals, data storage principles and operational excellence best practices.
β’ Analyze source systems, define underlying data sources and transformation requirements, design suitable data models and document the design/specifications.
β’ Effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders, escalate technical and managerial issues at the right time and resolve conflicts.
β’ Demonstrate passion for quality and productivity by use of efficient development techniques, standards and guidelines.
β’ Provide education on the use and navigation of various products and reports to stakeholders.
β’ Solicits feedback, requirements, and root cause analysis from various sources, vetting through clinical & quality department and interested stakeholders to drive improvement in information management.
β’ Lead participant in the development of measurement methodologies, data collection standards and key performance indicators of quality across all lines of business and across all company systems, coordinates and collaborates on the identification of pertinent data sources and ensures integrity of data and reporting.
