Data Visualization Engineer / BI Developer Miami FL 1 year contract Key Skills: Power BI, Metabase, Apache Airflow, Pentaho DI, (Any one - PostgreSQL, Redshift, Oracle, RDS), Python, Data Visualization Looking for a motivated and self-driven person to work directly with internal customers on building reports, dashboards, and other data-rich visualizations to help manage a complex business operation. Primary responsibilities include pulling data and building data pipelines from multiple sources, constructing reports and dashboards to draw immediate insight from the data, and supporting existing reports. Qualifications include: Advanced knowledge and experience with reporting software/services, such as Power BI, Metabase, or similar Experience working with multiple database systems (i.e., Postgres, Redshift, Oracle, RDS) to pull complex datasets Experience with ETL/worfklow orchestration tools and processes (i.e. Apache Airflow, Pentaho DI, etc.) Basic knowledge of Python and using libraries like Pandas, Polars, Numpy, or similar Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and related templating languages (Jinja, Go, etc.)
