Title: Data Visualization Engineer Location: Salem, Oregon (97312) / Remote Option Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available) Job Description: Talent Groups is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to support the needs of a client in the insurance industry. This role is key to advancing the organization’s data analytics maturity by creating modern, interactive dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about data storytelling, highly experienced with Power BI (cloud preferred), and capable of promoting adoption and best practices in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. We are targeting candidates with most of the following experience: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data visualization and analytics • Proficiency in Power BI (cloud version preferred) • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and dimensional data structures • Experience applying UI/UX design principles to dashboards and interactive visualizations • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Experience working in small, agile teams focused on collaboration and problem-solving • Python experience is a plus, but not required Talent Groups thanks all applicants for their interest.
