As a Database Developer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various teams in delivering robust database solutions. H4EAD What's the Job? • Design, develop, and implement database solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into efficient database structures and queries. • Develop and optimize database schemas, tables, and indexes to improve system performance and scalability. • Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. • Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with data privacy regulations. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven work experience as a Database Developer or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and related tools. • Proficiency in SQL programming and query optimization. • Familiarity with database security and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
