Job Description:
1. Establish and maintain database management systems, standards, guidelines, and QA for database deliverables including conceptual design, logical database, capacity planning, external data interface specification, data loading plan, data maintenance plan and security policy.
1. Document and communicate database design.
1. Evaluate and install database management systems.
1. Code complex programs and derives logical processes on technical platforms.
1. Build windows, screens, and reports. Assist in the design of user interface and business application prototypes.
1. Participate in quality assurance and develops test application code in the client server environment. Determine appropriateness of data for storage and the optimum storage organization.
1. Assist the Data Warehouse Manager with process engineering (definition, training and improvement) for all software development lifecycle processes.
