A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Database\_ ETL/PL/SQL Developer
Position type: Contract (Hybrid)
Job Role: Database\_ ETL/PL/SQL Developer
Duration: 12 months (with high possibilities of extension)
Location: Addison, TX and Charlotte, NC
• Hands-on design and ETL development in Data Warehouse environment. Work on multiple projects concurrently, take ownership & pride in the work done by them, attending project meetings, understanding requirements, designing solutions, developing code. Partnering with near shore and offshore teammates in a matrix environment, coordinating with other support teams like L2, development, testing, up/down stream partners, etc., Work with the Business Analysts to understand the requirements work on high level & detailed design to address the real time issues in production. Work with Information Architecture team for proposing technical solutions to business problems. Identify gaps in technology and propose viable solutions. Take accountability of the technical deliveries from offshore Solid Understand of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling concepts. Work with the development teams and QA during the post code development phase. Identify improvement areas within the application and work with the respective teams to implement the same. Ensuring adherence to defined process & quality standards, best practices, high quality levels in all deliverables. Adhere to teams governing principles and policies."

Required Qualifications
Total Experience as Developer 15+ year
Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
Ability to design the system with little direction or guidance.
Excellent analytical and logical skills
Self-starter with thought leadership
Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions.
Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, Dimensional Data Modeling
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Expert Knowledge in Oracle/Exadata
Expert Knowledge Oracle SQL/PLSQL
ETL Processing concepts
Experience in handing large data volume and Performance Tuning"
