Job Description:
· This role is critical to advancing enterprise-wide analytics at CLIENT.
· The Expert Technical Specialist will partner closely with data architecture, data engineering, and business analytics teams to identify and implement machine learning (ML) use cases that address real-world business challenges.
· The position sits within Client’s Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, which is responsible for executing the company’s Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy fostering a data-driven culture, governing data assets, and enabling impactful business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leverage deep expertise in Dataiku (and Azure ML) to support business data scientists in defining, developing, tuning, and deploying ML models.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to data scientists and development teams on ML best practices from ideation to deployment.
· Serve as an Advanced Analytics Product Owner: identify and prioritize new ML use cases, track progress and risks, and coordinate resolution efforts.
· Drive thought leadership on Advanced Analytics governance, including ethical and legal guidelines.
· Build, validate, and implement predictive models in support of strategic initiatives or AI/ML proof-of-concepts; clearly present findings to stakeholders.
· Analyze current data-related processes and lead process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
· Required Skills and Abilities:
· Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and collaborate across all levels of IT and business.
· Strong project leadership and organizational skills, with experience delivering high-impact technical solutions.
· Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Expertise in developing and delivering training or mentorship to team members.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
· Experience developing business cases, proposals, and presentations.
