We re hiring a Expert Technical Specialist – Dataiku Enablement & Advanced Analytics for a contract to hire with one of our clients. Expert Technical Specialist – Dataiku Enablement & Advanced Analytics Location: Oakland, CA (or nearby offices: Rancho Cordova, Alpharetta, etc.) • Contract-to-Perm ✅ What You’ll Do As a Dataiku specialist, you will: Lead Enablement Efforts: Coach and mentor data scientists on best practices for data modeling, tuning, and deploying machine learning solutions. Drive Adoption: Help teams apply Dataiku’s capabilities effectively, embedding it into daily analytics workflows. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data architecture, engineering, and business teams to solve real-world problems and operationalize models. Build & Tune ML Models: Support the development, optimization, and deployment of machine learning solutions that provide measurable impact. Provide Thought Leadership: Share insights on advanced analytics governance, ethical considerations, and performance improvements. Support Innovation: Participate in proof-of-concept projects, including testing new AI agents and methods. Promote Best Practices: Establish standards and processes to scale Dataiku use across the organization. ✅ What We’re Looking For Must-Have Qualifications: ✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dataiku — beyond administration; actively using it for building and tuning models ✔ Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills to lead and collaborate with teams ✔ Experience with machine learning model development, performance tuning, and deployment workflows ✔ Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and frameworks ✔ Able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders ✔ Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (eligible for permanent conversion) Nice-to-Have: ✔ Experience with Azure ML (not mandatory) ✔ Exposure to cross-functional analytics projects ✔ Experience in healthcare analytics or enterprise data environments ✅ What You Bring ✔ Passion for empowering data science teams ✔ Deep knowledge of data modeling, tuning, and machine learning pipelines ✔ Ability to guide teams in applying tools rather than doing the coding yourself ✔ Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills ✔ Strong leadership presence, capable of driving conversations and sharing best practices The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $200,000 - $220,000
