Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Daybreak Developer with strong expertise in Daybreak Pension Administration System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, customization, development, and support of Daybreak modules, ensuring efficient pension administration operations and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and customize solutions within the Daybreak Pension Administration System • Perform system configuration for pension plans, workflows, and benefit calculations • Design and implement business rules, batch processes, and interfaces • Develop reports and data extracts as per business requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements • Support system upgrades, patches, and releases • Perform data migration and validation activities • Ensure compliance with pension regulations and data governance policies Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience working with Daybreak Pension Administration System • Strong knowledge of pension domain (Defined Benefit / Defined Contribution plans) • Experience in system configuration and customization • Hands-on experience with SQL and database management • Experience in batch processing and workflow configuration • Knowledge of reporting tools and data extraction • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Experience with integrations and APIs • Experience in pension data migration projects • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements • Prior experience in financial services or pension administration domain
