The Opportunity As part of the Contracts Management team you manage various aspects of a business transaction, including sourcing, diligence, TSA setup and execution, through to deal close. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You lead and train teams in managing client engagements, creating proposals, and fostering positive working relationships with clients. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
