Role description
Ampa are looking to add a Debt Case Developer to our growing Applications & Development division on an initial 20-month contract basis.
What you will be doing:
• Developing and maintaining the legacy Debt Case Management System Axxia
• Gather technical requirements for workflows and triggers, templates, data entry screens
• Support technical requirements for data reports and integrations
• Supporting Change and Release Management processes as part of the software development lifecycle
Role Priorities
• Becoming familiar with the application, integrated solutions, backlogs and current roadmaps as well as the supported business processes
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies
• Begin to undertake BAU within the team to help share load across the team
• Begin to undertake testing tasks, progressing to basic modifications and creations of features and then on to more complex user stories
Key Accountabilities
• Designing, creating, testing and problem solving of workflows, data entry and retrieval screens
• Coding new and updating existing template letters for automatic document assembly
• Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards (including DevOps, ServiceNow, etc)
What you will need:
A minimum of 3 years demonstrable track record of working as Case Developer or similar role serving a Case Management or similar workflow-based Low Code Platform
You will need to have previous experience with the below tech stack:
• Case Management Systems: Proclaim, Axxia, P4W or similar
• Scrum/Agile
• Azure DevOps
• ITSM Processes and platforms: ServiceNow or similar
Experience with the following would be beneficial:
• MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS , T-SQL, Azure SQL Server
Key Competencies:
• The ability to produce high quality technical material, and to identify and develop opportunities to provide business benefit
• Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks
• Strong problem solving and analytical approach with the ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions.
• The ability to build good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues
