Role : 3620 Decision Support Administrator
Location : Remote
Only W2
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or;
1. Equivalent work experience (A minimum of seven (8-9) years of IT experience, including five (6) years of experience in business intelligence tools and systems, and/or five (6) years of experience with economic and/or statistical analysis).
Experience with workforce development, labor market information systems, or public-sector analytics.
Experience supporting enterprise BI environments.
Familiarity with Florida’s workforce ecosystem (CareerSource Florida, local workforce boards, state agencies).
1. Knowledge
• Microeconomics, macroeconomics, and labor economics.
• Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
• Florida’s REACH Act and related workforce policy frameworks.
• Statistical and econometric software (R, SAS, Stata, Python).
• Survey design, sampling, and longitudinal analysis methodologies.
• Economic impact and cost–benefit evaluation techniques.
1. Skills
• Advanced quantitative and qualitative research skills.
• Large administrative dataset management and integration.
• Econometric modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• High-level technical writing, visualization, and presentation.
• Proficiency with BI tools, databases, and reporting systems.
1. Abilities
• Interpret and synthesize complex economic data for policy development.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work both independently and collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accuracy and data integrity under tight deadlines.
