Gigged.AI is a freelance talent marketplace specialising in the IT and technology sector. We have an opportunity live at the moment with one of our clients for a Decisioning Analyst - Pega Experience (Inside IR35) - UK based

Location: UK based (preferably occasional days in Glasgow Office)
IR35: Inside IR35
Duration: 45 days (over 8-10 week period) estimated start of 6th October
You will be engaged to work with a UK retail bankβs Pega Personalisation Squad. The squad is experienced in agile delivery of Next Best Actions (NBA's), but relatively new to Pega CDHβs out-of-the-box AI and monitoring tools, and so require a decisioning analyst to help leverage these tools as they scale the NBA's for this client. We really need someone who is a hands on analyst working on campaigns, building models and analysing campaign performance.
The bankβs leadership wants to see measurable improvements in:
- Customer engagement (better NBA adoption & treatment effectiveness)
- Transparency (ability to explain why actions were chosen, for regulatory compliance)
- Optimisation (fewer missed opportunities, higher conversion from existing treatments)
Scope / activities (working within multidisciplinary squad)
- Profile customers and their journeys, to help inform design of NBA's
- Embed customer data and existing client predictive models into selected customer journey's and NBA's
- Test & optimise decisioning strategies and simulate commercial and customer outcomes from developed NBA strategies
- Track the performance of NBA's, and make recommendations for further improvements to customer journeys
- Develop the use of Pega's self learning models within NBA strategies, ensuring compliance and explainability.
Experience required
- Working knowledge of the Pega CDH platform and associated analysis tools, with Pega certifications evident
- Experience in using statistical models within broader customer engagement projects
- Ability to visualise and story tell to non technical audiences
Working knowledge of SAS and SQL (to work within the client's broader data eco-system)
