Build and train models that push the boundaries of vision and language
We’re hiring a Deep Learning Engineer to design and deploy advanced models in computer vision and natural language processing. You’ll work across foundational architectures and task-specific neural networks used in enterprise AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop deep learning models for visual or language-based tasks (e.g. object detection, OCR, NER, summarisation)
• Train, fine-tune and evaluate models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Optimise inference pipelines and model performance for production
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI features
Key Skills & Competencies:
• 3–5 years in deep learning or applied AI roles
• Experience with CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and related architectures
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, HuggingFace, or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with model compression, quantisation, and deployment best practices
This is a hands-on role for engineers who love turning cutting-edge research into real-world capability.
