Requirements Serve as a Metrics & Reporting Specialist for DISN Consolidated Provisioning Team. This position will assist with the development, refinement, and delivery of required contractual metrics and reports, focusing on independent data analysis, complex reporting, cross-platform integration, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The Metrics & Reporting Specialist will work with general direction or supervision to support and coordinate with internal team members, management, and stakeholders by helping prepare reports and organize data. This role will be responsible for supporting operational requirements and developing skills to ensure the timely delivery of accurate metrics that support decision-making for mission partners. Responsibilities β€’ Data Collection & Knowledge Development: Lead data collection for analysis and reporting while building expertise in DISA programs, policies, and strategic plans. β€’ Requirements Analysis & Reporting: Analyze detailed project requirements to identify trends and deliver actionable insights using data visualization across classified and unclassified systems. β€’ Metric Tracking & Repository Management: Create and maintain metrics in Government-provided systems, ensuring accurate records of project data, timesheets, and deliverables. β€’ Advanced Data Analysis: Use analytical techniques to explore data, generate ad-hoc reports, and support decision-making aligned with service goals and contract limits. β€’ Issue Resolution & Documentation: Document and resolve project-related issues while managing data sources and ensuring integrity across tracking systems. β€’ Effective Communication & Documentation: Produce clear documentation, technical specifications, and expanded reporting to meet evolving management needs. β€’ Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination: Maintain stakeholder relationships, update status on deliverables, and coordinate internally to enhance data accuracy and communication. β€’ Performance Metrics & Executive Reporting: Develop executive-level visualizations and performance insights to inform leadership and recommend operational efficiencies. β€’ Compliance Reporting & Strategic Alignment: Provide trend-based reports and status reviews that support contractual goals and align with DISA’s strategic objectives. β€’ Risk Identification & Escalation Support: Use tracking tools to identify at-risk metrics, support Government escalations, and ensure timely delivery of required reports. β€’ Process Improvement & Technical Contribution: Apply technical skills to improve circuit provisioning and reporting systems, driving quality, innovation, and alignment with customer needs. β€’ Safety, Security & Compliance: Adhere to all security protocols, training requirements, and certifications while performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications β€’ Minimum Active Secret Security Clearance; AND, β€’ Highschool diploma; AND one of the following: β€’ Two (2) years or more of military experience in an analytical field or related technical discipline; OR β€’ Two (2) years or more in an accredited technical training program, including academic projects involving data analysis or reporting; OR β€’ Two (2) years of office environment experience plus experience in data visualization, spreadsheet analysis, professional projects demonstrating analytical thinking, or related analytical skills; OR β€’ Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation within 6 months) in business, mathematics, information science, data analytics, or related field, and academic projects demonstrating analytical thinking. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, simple formulas) and Microsoft Office suite, and β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
