Deltek Costpoint Developer (W2)

Deltek Costpoint Developer Location: Remote Experience: 5–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Deltek Costpoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain ERP modules across Finance, HR, Procurement, Project Management, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Deltek Costpoint, database development, and ERP integrations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules within Deltek Costpoint. • Design and enhance UI components using the Deltek Harmony™ Framework. • Perform database development, queries, and optimizations using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. • Ensure ERP system stability, performance, and compliance with government contracting standards (e.g., DCAA, FAR). • Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ERP stack with minimal business disruption. Required Skills • 5–10 years of hands-on development experience in Deltek Costpoint ERP. • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR, and Project Management modules. • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL). • Experience with Deltek Harmony™ UI framework. • Knowledge of ERP compliance requirements in the government contracting sector. • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and reporting tools within Costpoint. • Familiarity with Deltek Time & Expense. • Prior experience working with federal government contractors.
