Job Description As a key member of the Planning team, you will be responsible for managing a Global product portfolio as well as managing related activities for North America. Please note this is a Fixed-Term Employment position (aka temporary or contract role) for the duration of approximately 9 months. Fixed-Term Employment Duration: up to 9 months Estimated timeline: +/- August 2025 through April 2026 Office Location: Candidates MUST be living in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area and willing to work in office (South Jordan) as often as occasion requires for this role. The team currently is in office every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, while Mondays and Fridays are flexible days and can be in office or remote. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts at various levels (SKU, product family, region, etc.). • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activity to inform forecast accuracy. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate business intelligence into forecast models. • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to forecast and inventory levels. • Support new product launches and end-of-life planning with timely and accurate forecasting. • Maintain demand planning systems, tools, and reports. • Monitor data accuracy and flag discrepancies or missing information. • Maintain documentation and process guides for demand planning workflows. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (supply chain, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, data science, etc.) • Background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, or Supply Chain/Sales Analytics. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Data visualization experience (Tableau/Domo/Qlik/etc.) preferred • Experience in ERP, MRP preferred. • Advanced Excel skills required • Comfortable working with large datasets and planning tools (experience with Tableau is a plus) • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment. • Customer focused, able to constructively challenge • Be willing to work in office every day of the week required by the role • Living in or around the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area Additional Information What to Do Next: Please attach your resume including links to your portfolio where applicable.
