Position Details: Job Title: Conversational AI Developer Duration: 3 months (possible extension) Location: Chicago, IL - 60606 Hybrid: 2 working day Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr Key skill: • Experience in building Payment solutions on Mobile App & Web Apps for Digital channels- Inapp, Web, SMS messaging such as RCS and iOS business chat • Experience in developing interfaces and APIs to manage Payments through multiple payment gateways • Experience in program planning for a solution from build to deployment coordinating with 3rd party solution providers to track dependencies and manage delivery schedule • Experience with Netomi & LivePerson SaaS solution will be plus Job Description: • We are seeking a Developer III to support the design, development, and delivery of web-based and conversational AI solutions. • This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to lead solution design and collaborate across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead design solutions, solution blueprints, and technical artifacts, including hands-on development • Design and develop Conversational AI solutions, including chatbot, web chat, and cloud-native web applications • Drive integration of voice and web-based channels with backend systems, APIs, and analytics platforms • Lead and design API integrations across internal platforms, external systems, and cloud services • Collaborate with technology leads, developers, business SMEs, UX designers, and stakeholders to define technical deliverables • Coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance deployments • Work within Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery frameworks • Ensure applications meet standards for performance, security, and compliance • Provide documentation and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Required Skill and Experience: • 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) platforms • Proven experience delivering: • IVR solutions • Web chat solutions • AI-powered virtual assistant • Strong understanding of: • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Hands-on experience with Node.js and/or Python • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skill • Experience collaborating across development, infrastructure, and product teams Nice to Have: • Knowledge of NLP, NLU, LLMs, or Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) • Experience in Conversational AI domains • Experience supporting AI/ML chatbot or voice bot initiatives, including: • Data preparation • Prompt design • Testing and feedback loops • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, persona design, and voice UX best practices • Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually - as applicable.
