Role description
Weβre partnering with a UK industry leader thatβs redefining their sector through innovation, data, and automation. Theyβre developing one of the most advanced automation networks in the country, combining robotics, AI, and intelligent workflows to create a customer experience that sets a new benchmark and leaves competitors playing catch-up.
The Role
Weβre looking for an Automation Developer, initially on a contract basis, to help design, build, and deliver automation solutions that simplify how we operate. Youβll use the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to turn business processes into streamlined, automated workflows that make a measurable impact.
Youβll work alongside a close-knit team of developers, architects, and analysts, delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency across the business.
Key day-to-day responsibilities
β’ Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
β’ Develop integrations between business systems using APIs and connectors.
β’ Work with the Business Analyst and Project Manager to understand and deliver on automation requirements.
β’ Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to architectural best practices.
β’ Continuously improve automation frameworks and coding standards.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to test, refine, and enhance delivered automations.
About You
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Power Apps).
β’ Solid understanding of automation, workflow, or RPA principles.
β’ Background in software development (.NET, C#, or similar) preferred.
β’ Comfortable working across multiple projects and business areas.
β’ Collaborative, curious, and eager to explore how tech can make things simpler.
