Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Summary: We are seeking a skilled Airtable Solutions Consultant to support the design and deployment of acustom RSE Intake & Portfolio Management System. This system will streamline intake, triage,prioritization, and project tracking across the enterprise, replacing manual tools with structured,data-driven workflows. Responsibilities: • Architect and implement Airtable applications tailored to operational needs. • Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions. • Service Delivery • Lead kickoff and discovery sessions with stakeholders. • Configure Airtable bases and develop early prototypes. • Design user-friendly interfaces and build robust automations. • Facilitate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback. • Provide training and documentation for seamless handoff. • Reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency. • Accelerate adoption of Airtable as an enterprise-wide project management tool. • Enable long-term self-sufficiency through training and documentation. • Centralize intake tracking, reduce departmental silos, and enhance visibility. Qualifications: • Proven experience designing and deploying Airtable solutions in enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of workflow automation, interface design, and data modeling. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience with project intake and portfolio management processes is a plus. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
