Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer III in Reston, VA. Duties: β€’ Developer III will diagnose and resolve performance, indexing, and search-related problems β€’ Monitor Splunk health and optimize system reliability β€’ Design and implement custom dashboards using Splunk's visualization tools β€’ Translate business requirements into actionable insights β€’ Optimize search queries and indexing strategies β€’ Improve data ingestion and system responsiveness β€’ As a Developer III, you will automate Splunk tasks and data processing using Python β€’ Develop custom scripts for data enrichment and API integrations Requirements β€’ Scripting experience (Python) β€’ Experience integrating AWS services (CloudTrail, CloudWatch, S3, etc.) with Splunk β€’ AWS knowledge β€’ Familiarity with cloud architecture and security best practices The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
