Responsibilities
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Developer III in Dallas, TX. This role will proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices. Summary: Your technical skill-set and teamwork capabilities will be a key contributor to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. While the Force.com platform will be your main focus, you will be asked to learn and support AWS technologies as needed.
β’ Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations
β’ Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence
β’ Maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally
β’ Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs
β’ Previous experience using AWS Systems
β’ Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
β’ Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs
β’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
β’ Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
