Job Title: Senior OutSystems Developer Location: Columbia, SC 29210 (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and deploy custom OutSystems applications (web/mobile) using Reactive Web Development. 1. Manage databases, ensure data integrity, and optimize SQL queries/stored procedures. 1. Lead production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability. 1. Integrate OutSystems with external systems via APIs and maintain security/compliance protocols. 1. Mentor offshore teams and drive adoption of OutSystems best practices. 1. Develop UI screens for desktop/mobile and manage custom objects/fields. 1. Deliver end-to-end projects on time with documented success. Mandatory Requirements Certification: OutSystems Professional/Expert Level (Non-negotiable). Experience: • 7+ years in OutSystems development (minimum 5 years in core platform). • 8–10 years total IT experience. • Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery. Technical Skills: • OutSystems: User/data management, security, reporting, workflows, and integrations. • .NET: Proficiency as secondary skill. • SQL: Advanced querying, stored procedures, and database optimization. • APIs: Basic integration knowledge. Soft Skills: Ability to mentor teams, facilitate user adoption, and drive process improvements.
