Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer in New York, NY. Summary: In this role, you will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions. You will design, develop, test, and document technical components and integrations to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Developer will deliver full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting)
β’ Develop and troubleshoot using HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and VBCS
β’ Build integrations using OIC and SOAP/REST web services
β’ Write and debug complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
β’ Create technical specifications for customizations, interfaces, and reports
β’ Conduct code reviews, testing, and defect resolution
β’ As a Developer, you will document changes for maintenance and training purposes
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements
β’ Evaluate new technologies and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
β’ Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in data processing, systems, and applications
β’ Supervisory experience required for operations-focused roles
β’ Broad technical knowledge across hardware, software, and systems analysis
Preferred Skills
β’ Oracle certifications in relevant technologies preferred
β’ Experience with APEX, Java, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a plus
β’ Strong understanding of SaaS/PaaS and cloud computing
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
