Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Developer Tools Engineer based in Spring, Texas. We are looking for a highly skilled Developer Tools Engineer to help drive modern software development and DevOps transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developer platforms, CI/CD automation, analytics, and platform engineering. β€’ Location: Spring, Texas (On-Site) β€’ Type: Long-Term Contract. US Citizen or GC [No Visa sponsorship available for this position] Key Responsibilities: β€’ Drive best practices for source code and artifact management β€’ Mentor and support development teams on CI/CD and DevOps workflows β€’ Build integrations and automation across strategic developer platforms β€’ Develop analytics dashboards and visualizations for DevOps insights and adoption metrics β€’ Enhance application security posture in collaboration with Cyber Security teams β€’ Create reusable on-boarding templates, forms, and components β€’ Provide expert-level platform support and technical guidance β€’ Evaluate and optimize existing platform management processes Required Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or DevOps β€’ Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, or GitLab Enterprise β€’ Expertise in CI/CD, scripting, and automation β€’ Experience with Azure & AWS cloud environments β€’ Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation) β€’ Strong data analytics and dashboarding skills β€’ Experience with artifact management tools like jFrog or Sonatype Nexus β€’ Must have skills: GitHub Enterprise, jFrog and Power BI & Data Analytics
