Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer V in Reston, VA. Responsibilities: β€’ Developer V will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient, end-to-end business processes β€’ Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes β€’ Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security β€’ As a Developer V, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions β€’ Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field β€’ Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred β€’ 10+ years of overall IT experience, with proven leadership in enterprise-level projects β€’ Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience β€’ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines β€’ Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events) β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
