DevOps Architect

We are looking for a DevOps / Data Engineer to support our in-house data platform modernization and cloud engineering initiatives. Role Overview This role is a hybrid of DevOps (70%) and Data Engineering (30%), focused on building, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and data pipelines that power our internal platforms and accelerators. You will work closely with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure reliable deployments, scalable data systems, and high operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for data and platform workloads • Perform platform upgrades, maintenance, and reliability improvements • Support QA, integration testing, and platform testing • Work with AWS cloud data services and support cloud migration strategies • Oversee and monitor batch and real-time data pipelines • Contribute to ETL/ELT pipeline frameworks built in Python (hands-on development may be limited, but strong understanding is required) • Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes • Ensure observability, performance, and stability of data platforms • Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Data Engineering, or Platform Engineering • Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines • Solid understanding of AWS data services and cloud architectures • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data engineering concepts using Python • Experience modifying and monitoring data pipelines (batch & streaming) • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with platform testing, QA, and integration testing • Excellent communication skills, including working with non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Redshift, RDS, and Athena (must-have) Good-to-Have Skills • AWS or other cloud certifications • Experience with advanced analytics or ML pipelines • Experience integrating BI tools with enterprise data platforms • Exposure to MLOps, data governance, security, and compliance Why Join Chabez Tech • Work on in-house data and AI platforms used across multiple solutions • Be part of a team focused on operational excellence and automation • Build scalable, reusable frameworks and accelerators • High-impact role in shaping our cloud and data engineering foundation Thanks & Regards Utsav Burman Head North America Ops ChabezTech LLC 4 Lemoyne Dr #102, Lemoyne, PA 17043, USA Phone: +1-717-441-5440 (US) | +91-8097 164 089 ( India ) Email: utsav@chabeztech.com | www.chabeztech.com GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) | E-Verify Company
