Role description
Salesforce DevOps Engineer (Copado) – Contract – London
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a new Salesforce customer, for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Copado and Salesforce-specific DevOps tooling.
This 6-month contract is based in London, Outside IR35. The role ideally requires 3-4 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise version control processes using Git.
• Create and maintain release branches for structured deployments.
• Execute advanced Git operations (merges, rebases, cherry-picks).
• Troubleshoot and resolve merge conflicts effectively.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Support and refine deployment strategies across environments.
• Provide hands-on support with sprint tickets when required.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps and Copado.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control and branching strategies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot quickly.
• A collaborative approach, with the flexibility to work on-site when needed.
