Job Tittle: DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months Contract-to-hire

Key Responsibilities
• Build, optimize, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for reliable, scalable deployments.
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Monitor and improve system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, DataDog, and Application Insights.
• Implement configuration as code to ensure reproducibility and scalability across environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively to ensure minimal downtime.
• Stay current on DevOps best practices and drive adoption of emerging Azure technologies.
Success Metrics
• Deployment success rate and reduced downtime
• Improved CI/CD efficiency and release velocity
• Increased system scalability, reliability, and observability
Who You Are
• 3–5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, ideally in an Azure environment
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud, ADO pipelines, Flux CD, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and automation skills
• Excellent communicator who collaborates well across technical and non-technical teams
• Organized, accountable, and proactive — you take ownership and deliver results
