Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Retain Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in Deltek Retain resource management software. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and supporting the Retain scheduling system to optimize workforce planning and allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Retain for resource management and project scheduling.
Integrate Retain with HR, finance, and project systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft).
Customize reports and dashboards for utilization and capacity management.
Provide end-user support and training.
Work closely with resource managers and PMOs to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Required Skills:
3–5+ years of experience with Deltek Retain.
Strong understanding of resource planning, project accounting, and scheduling workflows.
Experience with SQL, Excel macros, and data migration tools.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
