HireArt is searching for a DevOps Engineer to support the delivery of next-generation vehicle applications by developing and maintaining modern build, test, and release processes. In this role, youβll operate within an Agile Scrum environment, applying systems engineering principles and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, traceable, and reliable software builds.
You'll partner with internal platform teams to evaluate tools and workflows, provide actionable feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact application delivery for production vehicle platforms.

You Will
β’ Implement and manage automated build and testing procedures using GitHub CI/CD tools.
β’ Develop packaging and release processes to ensure traceable and production-ready software builds.
β’ Collaborate with Arene teams to assess, integrate, and provide feedback on evolving DevOps tools and workflows.
β’ Integrate project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) with DevOps pipelines to improve project data visibility and accuracy.
β’ Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and apply systems engineering principles throughout the development lifecycle.
β’ Train and collaborate with customers as part of delivering vehicle-ready applications.
β’ Adapt processes and pipelines to support shifting platform requirements and automotive-grade reliability.
Requirements
β’ A bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
β’ 3-5 years of experience in DevOps engineering roles
β’ Proficiency with CI/CD workflows, especially using GitHub-based pipelines
β’ Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
β’ Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
You Might Have
β’ 5+ years of experience in automotive DevOps or embedded system delivery
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD practices specific to automotive testing or compliance
β’ Understanding of ECU hardware and typical vehicle architecture, including toolchains and hardware integration
Required And/or Preferred Certifications
β’ Relevant certifications in DevOps, CI/CD, or automotive software development are a plus but not required
