DevOps Engineer - Data Integration Platform

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a DevOps Engineer - Data Integration Platform. Requirements • Hands-on experience building applications and platforms using Python and/or Java • Proven knowledge and experience of building Kubernetes clusters on cloud • Strong knowledge and experience in configuring and deploying containerized applications in a public cloud like AWS (preferred) or Azure • Very strong understanding and practical experience with implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, CFT or ARM • Expertise and experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as GitHub, Artifactory and Jenkins • Hands-on experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment and support • Experience with configuring alerts and monitors to create a highly available platform • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with evolving requirements • Strong communication and influencing skills Bonus Skills • Certification in public cloud (Azure or AWS) • Familiarity with administering data movement platforms like Snaplogic or Informatica • Implement and optimize workflows using Apache Hop, Apache BEAM, Spark and Airflow The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
