We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in supporting and automating both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures. This role focuses on building resilient, self-sustaining systems that can scale efficiently while minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter, a proactive problem solver, and a passionate automation enthusiast who thrives in collaborative environments and takes ownership of their work.
Requirements
β’ Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, especially in Harness.IO
β’ Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins
β’ Proficient in infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform
β’ Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Rancher for container orchestration
β’ Experience working in both Azure cloud and on-prem environments
β’ Familiarity with Databricks and common programming/scripting languages
β’ Proficient in UNIX OS, shell scripting, and working with IBM AIX systems
β’ Understanding of RPAS architecture and folder structure for OnPrem deployments
β’ Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident and story tracking
β’ Experience with ELK Stack (Logstash, Kibana) for log aggregation and monitoring
β’ Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
β’ Motivated to take on new challenges and quickly adapt to evolving technologies
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Harness.IO
β’ Create and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
β’ Automate workflows and integrate tools using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
β’ Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes and Rancher
β’ Support incident management and development workflows through ServiceNow and JIRA
β’ Write and maintain shell scripts to support infrastructure tasks
β’ Monitor and analyze logs using ELK Stack components
β’ Collaborate across multiple teams to support deployment efforts and optimize infrastructure
β’ Contribute to architectural decisions that support resiliency and scalability
β’ Support and maintain systems within Unix and IBM AIX environments
β’ Engage in continuous learning to improve tools, processes, and infrastructure performance
