Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a DevOps Engineer - GA to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer - GA, you will be part of the Technology Operations supporting application deployment, monitoring, and reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a passion for automation, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: DevOps Engineer - GA Location: Alpharetta, GA(Local Candidate only) Pay Range: Best in the segment on W2(NO C2C) What's the Job? • Manage and own deployment pipelines tailored to individual applications, ensuring smooth release processes across environments. • Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions to provide visibility into application health and performance. • Establish anomaly detection mechanisms to identify and respond to incidents quickly, minimizing downtime. • Create automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Develop comprehensive operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support team onboarding and operational excellence. What's Needed? • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application operations, DevOps, or site reliability engineering. • Proficiency in managing banking style transactions, troubleshooting, and managing services. • Strong experience with SQL, reviewing logs, and microservices architecture. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
