   • Provide Tier-3 technical support for VPN, remote access, virtualization, and server infrastructure.

   • Drive capacity planning, disaster recovery solutions, and infrastructure standardization.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors; review and approve technical invoices.

Required Qualifications:

   • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.

   • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Citrix, and/or vSphere.

   • Proficiency with Windows and Linux/UNIX environments.

   • Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls) and security tools.

   • Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange (2003–2016) and Windows Server environments.

   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
