Role description
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our clientβs technology team on a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in supporting, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth software delivery across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment.
β’ Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
β’ Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
β’ Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
β’ Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline release processes and resolve issues.
β’ Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
β’ Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in a cloud-based environment.
β’ Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
β’ Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
β’ Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
β’ Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
β’ Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
β’ Good understanding of networking, security, and version control (Git).

β’ Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
