SUMMARY:
Join one of the leading health insurance providers dedicated to improving healthcare access through technology-driven innovation. We are building scalable, secure, and modern engineering platforms to support mission-critical healthcare systems.
Weβre looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset to help design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipeline templates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional teams, values automation, and is passionate about improving developer experience and deployment quality across environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
β’ Administer and optimize Azure Pipelines, including YAML templates and runtime behaviors.
β’ Integrate quality, security, and compliance checks into the build and release process.
β’ Develop and maintain PowerShell modules & scripts to support automation and tooling.
β’ Collaborate with development teams to support both Linux and Windows-based applications.
β’ Support containerized deployments for Kubernetes and other PaaS platforms.
β’ Work with REST APIs and CLI tools to automate infrastructure and application tasks.
β’ Support multiple tech ecosystems: .NET (Framework & Core), Java (Spring Boot, Maven, Gradle), Node.js, and Python.
β’ Maintain & deploy applications on hosting platforms such as IIS, JBoss, Tomcat, and WebLogic.
β’ Collaborate with data teams using platforms like SQL Server, Liquibase, and Databricks.
β’ Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and internal knowledge sharing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Proven expertise in CI/CD techniques, including automated testing, security scanning, and deployment strategies.
β’ Strong proficiency in Azure Pipelines and YAML.
β’ Strong proficiency in PowerShell, especially module development.
β’ Strong foundation in software engineering principles and familiarity with the relevant tech ecosystems (.NET, Java, Node.js, Python).
β’ Experience developing and deploying containerized applications.
β’ Exposure to data platforms and infrastructure automation.
β’ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
PREFERRED:
β’ Experience in healthcare or regulated industry environments.
β’ Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).
β’ Familiarity with GitOps practices and Kubernetes administration.
β’ Certifications in DevOps, Azure, or related technologies are a plus.
