Salesforce DevOps Engineer – Contract (Copado)
Are you a Salesforce DevOps specialist with proven expertise in Copado? We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing Salesforce customer, who are seeking a hands-on Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join their London team on a contract basis. This role is outside IR35, with 3 days in the London office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise version control processes using Git for day-to-day Salesforce workflows.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Drive Copado best practices for smooth, efficient and reliable Salesforce deployments.
• Resolve merge conflicts, perform advanced Git operations, and ensure clean version histories.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide hands-on support across sprint tickets when needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong background in Salesforce DevOps with expert knowledge of Copado.
• Ability to design, optimise, and troubleshoot Git-based deployment strategies.
• Proven experience with CI/CD automation, release management, and multi-environment support.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
