This role is critical to ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines, scalable architecture, and reliable observability for AI/ML-powered systems. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Development: β€’ Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying the Guardrail Service, with a focus on automation, reliability, and scalability. β€’ Integrate with AWS SageMaker and other ML platforms to streamline model deployment workflows. Monitoring & Observability: β€’ Implement monitoring and observability frameworks tailored to the Guardrail Service. β€’ Ensure real-time visibility into system performance, anomalies, and ML model behavior. Testing Framework Support: β€’ Collaborate with QA and ML teams to build and maintain a robust testing framework for the Guardrail solution. β€’ Enable automated testing for both infrastructure and ML components. Architecture Advisory: β€’ Provide expert guidance on designing asynchronous processing architectures for scalable and resilient services. β€’ Evaluate and recommend best practices for distributed systems and event-driven designs. Rate Limiting & Quota Management: β€’ Implement rate limiting and quota enforcement mechanisms at the API gateway level. β€’ Ensure compliance with usage policies and protect system resources from abuse. Required Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering. β€’ Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and platforms, especially AWS SageMaker. β€’ Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). β€’ Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). β€’ Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS). β€’ Familiarity with asynchronous processing patterns (e.g., message queues, event streaming). β€’ Experience implementing API rate limiting and quota management (e.g., using Kong, AWS API Gateway, NGINX).
