DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer – Onsite opportunity with one of our clients. Job Description Position: DevOps Engineer Location: Plano, TX - Onsite Contract: Long term only w2 Summary: We are looking for a skilled SecDevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Terraform, AWS, CI/CD (GitLab/ArgoCD), and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, drive quality delivery in Agile environments, and act as a trusted advisor for secure and scalable microservices deployments. Key Responsibilities: • Own and deliver tasks/projects using Agile and JIRA best practices. • Implement and manage IaC with Terraform and microservices on Kubernetes. • Collaborate with application teams to enforce SecDevOps standards and cloud best practices (AWS). • Troubleshoot and debug Kubernetes environments. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD). Required Skills: • 3–5 years of industry experience in SecDevOps or Cloud Engineering. • Mastery in IaC (Terraform), AWS (IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudFront, APIGW), and Kubernetes. • Strong scripting skills in Bash/Shell or Python. • Experience with Agile/Scrum and source control tools. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Awareness of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
