Role: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and support the design, automation, and management of deployment pipelines and application environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP, OpenShift, CI/CD, and .NET applications, along with strong scripting and observability skills.
Technical Requirements:
• CI/CD & Cloud: Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and OpenShift, including automated deployments and service mesh configuration.
• Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in Linux Shell and PowerShell for automation, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Application Support: Experience supporting and troubleshooting .NET applications, including performance optimization and cloud integration.
• Databases: Working knowledge of Couchbase, Google Spanner, or other NoSQL databases, covering backup, recovery, and data integrity.
• Monitoring & Observability: Hands-on experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and LogInsight for performance tracking and alerting.
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of enterprise security practices — certificate management, patching, and Infosec compliance.
Non-Technical Requirements:
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with development, QA, and product teams.
• Ability to maintain operational documentation (runbooks, deployment guides, troubleshooting manuals).
• Proactive approach to identifying system inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to support multiple workstreams and adapt to changing project priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Service Mesh, Terraform, or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Exposure to SPARx or similar enterprise-scale application environment
