Job Description:
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible to support Plume Open Sync Cloud software and infrastructure updates enabling Cellular Backup (CBU).
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across AWS (EKS, EC2, ALB, Route53, S3, RDS, IAM) and Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement cloud and security best practices, including AWS IAM policies, networking (VPC, Security Groups, NACLs), and container security to improve reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize deployments, improve DevOps workflows, and enforce GitOps principles.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes manifests.
• Enhance monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Fluent Bit.
• Document processes and assist in knowledge sharing and mentorship for junior engineers.
