Job Description:
β’ Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible to support Plume Open Sync Cloud software and infrastructure updates enabling Cellular Backup (CBU).
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across AWS (EKS, EC2, ALB, Route53, S3, RDS, IAM) and Kubernetes clusters.
β’ Implement cloud and security best practices, including AWS IAM policies, networking (VPC, Security Groups, NACLs), and container security to improve reliability and scalability.
β’ Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize deployments, improve DevOps workflows, and enforce GitOps principles.
β’ Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes manifests.
β’ Enhance monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Fluent Bit.
β’ Document processes and assist in knowledge sharing and mentorship for junior engineers.
