DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer required to work IT, SDI, and AI/ML teams to enhance infrastructure automation and build efficient CI/CD pipelines using a combination of industry-standard tools and custom solutions.
Responsibilities:
β’ Build and manage on-premises product systems through automation
β’ Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
β’ Automate manual software processes to improve team productivity
β’ Configure and administer databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server
β’ Troubleshoot complex systems across different platforms and domains
β’ Develop infrastructure-as-code and related policies/standards
β’ Handle server configurations, deployments, and database performance issues
β’ Implement system backup, recovery, and optimization strategies
β’ Report on infrastructure KPIs and overall performance
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to support scalable digital operations
Experience required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field
β’ Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
β’ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
β’ Skilled in scripting languages like Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or PowerShell
β’ Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
β’ Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
β’ Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, or AWS equivalents)
β’ Must be a U.S. Citizen
β’ Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment an added bonus
